  • Min. Experience – 1-2 years in Voice process in Back Office (B.O) domain. (Call Center Experience).
  • Adept with working on M.S Office (Excel and Google Excel Spread Sheets etc.)
  • Comfortable with working on different browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Chrome).  
  • Good Keyboard speed and accuracy – (25 WPM and more than 85% accuracy).
  • Comfortable with communicating with clients over calls and email (mostly) for refresher trainings etc.
  • Min. 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience with excellent communication in a neutral accent (comfortable take 80-100 back to back calls).
  • Comfortable to work in Night Shifts (6:30 pm IST – 3:30 am IST) with minimum supervision too.
  • Would be following US holiday calendar.
