Customer Service Specialist: Open to work in US Shift 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

 Excellent communication skills are a must!

  1. Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner. 
  1. Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity. 
  1. Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions. 
  1. Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance. 
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner. 
  1. Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion. 
  1. Assist in training peers on improving customer support service. 
  1. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge. 
  1. Communicate customer feedback to lead CSR in order to develop processes for better serving customers.



  • Must have solid experience (minimum 2 years of continuous experience) in customer service voice, email and chat. 
  • Excellent English communicator and possesses high typing skills. 
  • Possesses a personal commitment to provide world-class customer service. 
  • Must have advanced Computer skills, including but not limited to - MS-Office products, especially Excel and Word; Zendesk (or similar tool)experience is good to have. 
  • Must be able to proof read own work. 
  • Zero to minimal training needed, must be ready to hit the ground running. 
  • Must have excellent attention to detail. 
  • Must be Resourceful and able to learn independently. 
  • Very knowledgeable and comfortable using different customer interaction channels (Phone, email, chat, social media etc.) 
  • Has a positive personality.
