L2 Support Engineer

Job Description


Total Experience– 2-4 years

Location- Noida

Shift Timings- 5:00 PM- 2:00 AM


Job Responsibilities: 

  • He should have good communication skills for active client/user call handling.
  • Should take ownership of responsibilities both within the team and externally.
  • Should be an active team player and have thorough knowledge about the process.
  • The candidate should take ownership in sending out timely status reports and weekly reports.
  • Should be active in sending out the monthly timesheets and monthly reports (PowerPoint Presentations, excel reports, etc.)
  • Should be active in solving user queries and tickets for various access level supports.
  • Should provide and assist teams in various levels of client interactions and user tickets/bugs/queries.
  • Should provide timely reports to the reporting manager and to the team involved in the project.
  • Should be lively and active on the floor, in dealing professionally with peers and colleagues.
  • Good to have knowledge in Database support and My SQL.
