Perry Chaturvedi is the Founder, CEO and President of Intelegencia and leads the organization with the same drive and passion that he had when he started the firm in 2009. In addition to Intelegencia, Perry continues to invest in promising and disruptive startups. Perry was awarded ASIA PACIFIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARDS 2016.

Perry graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor degree in Biological sciences. Prior to starting Intelegencia, Perry worked in the United States for over 15 years. He held various leadership roles in Accenture, Amdocs, DiamondCluster (acquired by PwC), Convergys Corporation (now Concentrix) and Thrifty Car Rental, where he either created or led growth and operational improvement initiatives such as, but not limited to, post M&A integration, IT strategy, PMO and cross-channel customer engagement for clients such as AT&T, Sprint, Rogers, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Cook County Chicago and many others.

Under Perry's leadership, Intelegencia has expanded from a small basement office with 1 employee in March 2009 to over 600 employees across 5 offices in 3 continents that support over 100 clients globally.

Perry was born in India where he spent his early childhood before moving with his parents to North Africa when he was 11. After completing his High School, Perry moved to the United States to pursue further education. When Perry is not traveling or behind his laptop, he enjoys movies, books, beaches, gym or long drives.

Atin currently leads the engineering delivery group for Intelegencia. Atin has been with Intelegencia since its early days when he decided to take the leap of faith and became the 2nd team member in March 2009 as Software Engineer. Atin has been an integral part of the company’s growth these past 10 years and continues to deliver on Intelegencia’s vision and strategy for its global clients.

Technically, Atin is a “Jack of many trades” when it comes to technologies. He still enjoys coding and remains quite hands-on even to this day. Atin has personally led and successfully completed numerous projects across multiple projects for clients in North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. His leadership style is to lead by example where he pushes his teams to think deeper and wider to not only provide our clients with what they have asked for, but to become true delivery partners for them.

Atin holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from IGNOU and has over 20 years of experience in technology domain. During his free time, Atin enjoys hiking, photography and solo rides to the mountains.

Satish Sharma is a leader who leverages his extensive experience in digital marketing to steer organizations through comprehensive digital transformations. Prior to joining Intelegencia, Satish served as the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Unyscape, an enterprise-level agency specializing in digital marketing and analytics consulting, catering to entrepreneurs and micro-cap companies.

Before his tenure at Unyscape, Satish enjoyed a dynamic career with Tata Group and IBM, where he took on a wide array of roles and responsibilities across various technology platforms. His diverse background and expertise make him a driving force in the realm of digital strategy and transformation.

Mico Areglado has been with Intelegencia since 2018, and is currently the Senior VP and Country Manager for Intelegencia Philippines.

With 15 years of experience in driving sales growth in the retail and service industry, Mico manages group P&L responsibilities including company’s external and internal processes. He successfully built his professional reputation with his strong work ethic and above-average work standards. His fields of expertise include executive management, sales growth strategy, and marketing implementation and design.

Prior to joining Intelegencia, Mico was the Managing Director for Microtech Global Solutions Corporation. He served as the company’s Founder/CEO from its founding in 2015 until its merger with Intelegencia. Previously, he was an Area Sales Manager of San Miguel Purefoods Company Inc. and FedEx Philippines.

Mico holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Beda College and a master’s degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Adi boasts extensive expertise acquired through his involvement with early-stage startups and pivotal roles in rapidly expanding, highly successful internet companies. With a career marked by diverse experiences, Adi has not only witnessed but actively contributed to the evolution of the tech industry. His skill set encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from the intricate design and implementation of scalable data processing systems to a profound understanding of the technical and human dynamics integral to crafting a high-performing, globally distributed organization.

Adi's current focus revolves around spearheading the development of cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions tailored to support the exponential growth of data in the hyper-scale era. Under his leadership, Intelegencia is paving the way for data-centric applications running on scale-out servers, providing seamless connectivity to diverse data stores with guaranteed performance characteristics

Pawan Pratap Singh joined Intelegencia in April 2020 and heads the Customer Service Operations in Philippines & India

He comes with a diverse background spanning 18 years of experience in the BPO sector. His operations leadership roles with Fortune 1000 companies include handling large accounts of up to 700 FTE distributed across Tech, high end Tech, Sales, Telecom, Banking & Insurance domains. His forte lies in Back Office and Customer Service handling Voice, Email, Chat and Outbound campaign operations that also includes Tier 1 to Tier 3 Level support. Pawan holds a Six Sigma Green Belt for successfully implementing an AHT Reduction Initiative with realized savings of 5 million USD (annualized) for a leading Tech giant. He has extensive experience in Pilot program launches, Pre Launch & post launch and BOT models.

Prior to joining Intelegencia, he worked for global BPO enterprises such as Convergys (now Concentrix), FIS and WNS. His last role was General Manager, Operations where he lead a team of Voice & Non Voice professionals for a leading Insurance giant in Australia.

He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in IT & HR. He has attended various trainings including a Dale Carnegie Workshop on Leadership, Situational Leadership II, Emotional Intelligence workshop, Financial Management, Six Sigma Green Belt, Customer Service and ITES Trainings.

Varun Goel specializes in driving business growth through his seasoned leadership, with a strong track record of boosting revenue, exceeding customer expectations, and enhancing service delivery. His extensive experience spans diverse industries and global regions, including the US, APAC, and EMEA, providing a unique perspective that capitalizes on opportunities and overcomes challenges.
