Senior Finance Manager

The role leads Finance and Accounting operations in the Philippines, partnering with senior leaders to drive profitability, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business growth. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls, audits, tax, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing. Candidates need an active CPA license, 10+ years of finance experience, leadership expertise, and multinational or cross-border operations experience.

Intelegencia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead Finance Operations and Business Partnering for a growing organization of over 1,100 employees across multiple locations in the Philippines.

This role will serve as a key partner to local and global leadership teams, working closely with Finance stakeholders in the Philippines, India, and the United States. The successful candidate will drive financial planning, business performance, regulatory compliance, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing coordination, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Finance and Accounting function for the Philippines operations.
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with Finance teams in India and the United States on financial reporting and operational initiatives.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and related analyses.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on legal entity management, business structuring, and expansion initiatives.
  • Lead external audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Finance team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience.
  • At least 3 years in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross-border operations.
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and multi-entity business structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience in BPO, IT-BPM, Shared Services, Technology, or Professional Services environments is highly preferred.
