1. Introduction
This website is operated by Intelegencia Technologies Corp. (“Intelegencia”, “we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit this site or interact with our forms and services, and the rights you have over your data.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form or apply for a role, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, message content, and (for job applications) your CV/résumé and the experience details you provide.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we may collect technical and usage data, including your IP address, approximate region, device and browser type, the pages you view, referral and campaign parameters (UTMs), and first-party visitor and session identifiers used to understand site usage.
4. AI chat (AI Mode)
Our site offers an optional AI chat experience. If you use it, your messages are processed by Google Gemini to generate responses. AI Mode has its own consent step before it is enabled. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. Conversations are used to operate and improve the assistant and are not used to train third-party foundation models.
5. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To process and evaluate job applications.
- To measure and improve our website and content.
- To send relevant communications where you have agreed to receive them.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and misuse.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time: tell us when you submit a form, or email us at info@intelegencia.com to be removed. If you previously agreed to receive direct marketing, you may change your mind whenever you wish.
6. Third parties & sub-processors
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this site, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data. Our key sub-processors are:
- Google: Tag Manager and Analytics/Ads (site analytics and marketing measurement), BigQuery (storing consent records), Cloud Storage (job-application files), and Gemini (AI chat).
- Sanity: content management.
- Netlify: website hosting and delivery.
- An email-validation provider: to verify addresses submitted in our forms.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites whose privacy practices differ from ours. We are not responsible for those sites, and any personal data you choose to provide to them is governed by their own privacy statements.
7. International data transfers
We operate globally. Your information may be stored and processed in India, where Intelegencia is established, and in other countries where we or our service providers operate facilities. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.
Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, we use appropriate legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, so that your rights and protections travel with your data.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, or regulatory requirements. Records of your cookie consent decision are retained for up to 180 days, after which you will be asked to choose again.
9. Your privacy rights
We process your personal data where you have given consent; where it is necessary to provide this website and our services, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, or to protect the security of our systems; and where it serves the legitimate business interests described in this policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@intelegencia.com.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
