Amazon Product Lister

Are you a data-savvy professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for eCommerce? We are looking for an Amazon Product Lister to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefront, ensuring our product data is accurate, optimized, and ready to convert across major global marketplaces.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management: Handle daily Amazon Seller Central tasks, including cataloging, listings, pricing checks, and account health monitoring.
  • Data Acquisition: Use web crawlers and scripts to collect high-quality product data (titles, descriptions, images).
  • Catalog Expansion: Manage bulk updates and add new SKUs using Excel-based templates and Jira for tracking.
  • Content Optimization: Enrich listings with SEO keywords, standardized formatting, and compelling copy to ensure brand consistency.
  • Digital Asset Management: Upload and optimize product images, ensuring they meet marketplace search requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit product attributes and research manufacturer sites to verify technical specifications and close data gaps.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in eCommerce websites or product data management.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is a MUST. * Education: At least 2 years of College (Computer Science or Engineering focus is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency (formulas, filtering, sorting).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Voice Customer Service and a strong grasp of internet usage/research.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proven experience scraping/extracting data from websites (manual and automated).
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Teams for project management.
  • Basic understanding of SEO for marketplace discoverability.
  • High attention to detail when handling large, repetitive datasets.
