AutoCAD Operator

We are expanding our back-office team and is looking for (2) Data Entry Specialists who can deliver accurate, high-quality proposals that support the company’s client operations. You will work closely with a team of specialists to prepare quotations based on building plans, measurements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate customer proposals and quotations based on standard house and building plans.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Coordinate closely with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions.
Maintain organized and timely workflow to meet project deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct at all times.
Continually develop knowledge of quoting tools and workflow systems; training will be provided.
Support team tasks and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the building or design industry.
Ability to read and interpret house or building plans accurately.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
Understanding of awards, common law contracts, and fair work legislation.
Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and support team members as needed.
Adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.

Good to Have:

Experience or familiarity with quoting or proposal preparation.
Prior exposure to the building or design industry.
Experience using quoting or workflow management software.
