Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Back Office team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data processing, report analysis, and timely confirmations for buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret daily reports to complete assigned tasks accurately
  • Send confirmations to buyers and sellers upon receipt of contact information
  • Track the completion of the following:
    • Title exam and tax research
    • Affiliated business disclosure
    • Buyer and seller confirmations
    • Lender confirmations
    • Invitations to Closing Connect
  • Identify, assess, and anticipate workflow issues or potential delays
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to obtain additional information or clarification as needed
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all requests
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to messages and requests promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry with strong typing skills and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data entry software and database systems
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately input, verify, and maintain data quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and issue resolution
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
