Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in homebuilding operations or ERP-related processes?

We are looking for an Option Specialist to join our Operations team supporting the Higharc account. In this role, you will help ensure accurate and reliable option data between Higharc and external Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

You will play an important role in helping homebuilders configure, price, and sell homes with confidence by resolving data discrepancies, mapping product options, and supporting successful customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage option mapping: Execute option mapping strategies in collaboration with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants.
  • Review and analyze data: Examine ERP export files, including CSV files, and identify options that do not match Higharc's required formats.
  • Ensure data accuracy: Create, update, and map options within Higharc tools to maintain accurate pricing and configuration details.
  • Perform testing and validation: Test mapped options and verify that data is accurate, complete, and aligned with ERP and CRM requirements.
  • Maintain documentation: Keep clear and organized records of completed mappings, data discrepancies, and issues requiring resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot data issues and improve mapping processes.
  • Support operational efficiency: Help maintain consistent productivity, meet mapping targets, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational guidelines.

  • Builder accounts are ready for launch according to implementation timelines.
  • Option data is accurately translated into Higharc's required format.
  • Data mappings meet established accuracy and quality standards.
  • Productivity targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Processes and documentation are continuously improved to support efficient onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, options management, data entry, ERP support, or similar technical or operational roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and validate complex data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in working with structured data, such as CSV files, databases, spreadsheets, or browser-based design and configuration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients or stakeholders in the United States.
  • Ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks accurately, and consistently meet deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using Higharc or similar homebuilding design and configuration platforms.
  • Experience supporting ERP or CRM integrations, data mapping, or system implementation.
  • Experience providing direct ERP or integration setup support for enterprise customers.
