Technical Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our law enforcement clients, ensuring optimal system functionality and swift resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and server systems.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients through web-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend enhancements to products and processes.
  • Simplify and explain technical information to clients in an accessible manner.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and SQL environments, including MySQL and SQL Server.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Relevant certifications in IT support, networking, or related areas.
  • Previous experience supporting law enforcement or security systems.
