With a catalog comprising thousands of industrial products, they coordinate distribution networks that cross international borders. Their core business relies on delivering parts, raw materials, and custom tools to enterprise buyers on tight schedules.
In the competitive global supply chain market, operational efficiency is critical. Customers expect real-time visibility into stock availability, accurate shipping timelines, and seamless invoicing. However, the client's internal departments were operating on legacy, siloed applications that could not communicate with each other, slowing down order fulfillment and creating communication gaps between sales, logistics, and billing teams.

The client's main challenge was their legacy software systems, which were built on outdated technology. Because their sales data, logistics tracking, and warehouse inventories were managed in separate, disconnected platforms, simple processes required manual verification. For example, when a sales representative secured an order, warehouse staff had to manually check physical stock levels before confirming delivery.
This lack of integration created operational bottlenecks. Management could not track sales metrics, inventory turnover, or purchase histories in real time. This made it difficult for executive leadership to make fast decisions about ordering and distribution, resulting in stockouts and shipping delays.
