Intelegencia Analytics, leading Technology and Engineering firm, announced the acquisition of Microtech Global Solutions, a Business Process Outsourcing firm based out of Manila, Philippines. It has gotten into a definitive agreement with Microtech and will now be using its BPO offerings officially as part of Intelegencia’s broadened BPO portfolio.
Microtech began operations aiming to offer superior and consistent customer experience. It has throughout supported its customers through both voice and non-voice support. Chat and Inbound/Outbound offerings by Microtech include Customer Care, Inside Sales, Lead Generation and Helpdesk/Tech Support. Non-voice offerings include Data Entry, Email and Finance/Accounting Back Office services. Perry D.
