Intelegencia acquired 2nd Office LLC, a Manila-based Customer Care and BPO firm with 230 employees serving 65 global clients.
Intelegencia has made another acquisition in Manila, Philippines, following its earlier acquisition of Microtech Global Solutions the same year and signaling the firm's continued pursuit of its strategic growth objectives for 2018. 2nd Office LLC is one of the most prestigious Customer Care and BPO organizations in Manila. Since starting operations in 2012, the company built a workforce of 230 employees supporting more than 65 global customers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
2nd Office offers solutions supporting e-commerce, front office, and back office operations. "I am thrilled to welcome the 2nd Office group to the Intelegencia family.
